Dina Beach Lynch

Dina Beach Lynch is an attorney, mediator, trainer and the former Ombudsman for Fleet

Bank where she was available to over 48 thousand employees to resolve work disputes. 

She has trained over 1000 people to be mediators and designed and conducted training for

Fleet, Digital, Millipore, US Trust and the Rockefeller Foundation among others.  In 2000,

Dina was selected by the Boston Business Journal as one of its Forty under Forty Business

Leaders and received the Pioneer Award from the Society for the Professionals in Dispute Resolution in recognition of her contributions to the field. WorkWellTogether.com, an online mediation toolkit for business owners is her latest successful business.

Peter Eisenberg is the Principal of Bullseye Research Services, a data collection firm that

provides support services to the market research industry. As an ardent philanthropist and environmentalist, Peter made the decision that Bullseye would donate 5% of its net profits to charity. In addition, Peter plays the Vibraphone (an instrument similar to the xylophone)

and has played with several jazz groups in the Boston area.
